Supervisor/Foreman This position under the direction of the Superintendent, helps coordinate all jobsite activities to a successful completion of the project, on schedule and within budget. Position Requirements and Responsibilities

• Minimum five years’ experience in civil construction pipeline installation, trenchless technology experience preferred.

• Overall responsible for safety of all individuals on the projects, working directly with our Safety Managers • Works with inspectors on the standard requirements of the project

• Responsible for overall operations at the job site including meeting schedules and budgets • Partners with the Superintendent and Project Manager regarding labor, equipment, subcontractors, material suppliers, and schedules to achieve safety, efficiency, and cost effectiveness.

• Ensures that the crew is working safely and efficiently and assists with the day-to-day activities associated with the project

• Daily paperwork including: Daily Safety Meeting, JHA’s, Safety Permits • Advanced knowledge of reading plans and specifications

• Supplier and material coordination, subcontractor management • Ability to plan, schedule and be responsible for completion of project in a logical path

• Maintains positive relationships with customers, contractors, suppliers, and other employees • Understand budgets and full responsibility of the overall project scope

• High understanding of soil conditions and anticipated reaction of the soil once disturbed

• Ability to supervise; schedule and multitask; strong organization skills

• Employee development and mentoring

• This job requires working outdoors in inclement Colorado and Wyoming weather conditions, yearround

• Early start workdays, occasional night and weekend work required
