Job Description (Detailed):

Rotating Shift Mon-Fri 7am – 7pm and 7pm – 7am (Required To Work On Weekends)

Must have good attendance

If an employee calls off in the first 30 days they will be released (unless there is an extreme circumstance).

The candidate's assignment will include but is not limited to safe operation of dry powder batch processes and material handling equipment. This position will be hands on manufacturing, interfacing with product, equipment, and team members in activities such as operation of chemical processes, packaging product and other operational activities as assigned.

Other responsibilities include identification of and reporting of safety violations or concerns.

This role requires housekeeping skills, good attendance, and teamwork.

This assignment has the opportunity for full-time placement. Must be available to work a DuPont schedule alternating from day shift to night shift

Essential Job Functions include: Demonstrating good safety standards, troubleshooting equipment, operating material handling equipment, chemical processes.

Qualifications:

2 years of solid work experience, food or pharmaceutical processing is helpful, basic computer skills, must work well in a team environment and independently, demonstrate good work habits (attendance, safety, housekeeping, etc.), good verbal and written communication skills.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to work 24/7 rotating shifts, able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. occasionally, able to wear a Pressurized Air Purifying Respirator and able to safely ascend and descend multiple flights of stairs during the shift.
