Molson Coors in Golden, CO is looking for forklift operators with a minimum of 1 year, sit -down forklift operation experience. This position is in a busy warehouse environment loading and unloading trailers. 90-95% of the shift will be safely operating a forklift. You will be operating a double-wide, sit-down forklift with the utmost care to ensure efficiency and safety. This position would offer growth, increases in compensation, and an opportunity to be a regular employee of Coors, with benefits.
Responsibilities
- Unload & Load materials from trailers and move them to assigned places
- Bring pallets of packaged materials to and from production lines
- Locate and move stock of products to pallets or crates for storage or shipment
- Use an RF Scanner for inventory control
- Load and unload two pallets at a time from the floor lifts (elevators)
- Identify damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies
- Transport raw materials to production workstations
- Comply with company policies and legal guidelines
- Help maintain a safe and orderly environment of the facilities
Skills
- 1 year of sit-down forklift operator experience
- Attention to detail and familiarity with industrial equipment
- Excellent physical condition and coordination
- Knowledge and understanding of inventory control
- High school diploma or G.E.D. is required
- Must be 21 years or older to apply
Compensation
Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
