JOB TITLE: Frame Builder
DEPARTMENT: Frame Shop
SUPERVISOR: Christopher Wilson
While in this position you will use pneumatic hand tools to properly assemble exposed wood frames up to specifications.
GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION
This position works mostly alone, however, it requires great attention to detail. You will be given a set of instructions to follow after training in order to understand the building process. All frames must be completed accurately in order to prevent rejections.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Arrive to work promptly.
Maintain a clean work area.
Use knowledge obtain from samples to build wooden frame correctly.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE JOB
Education:
HS diploma (preferred but not needed)
Experience:
Experience with Exposed hardwoods is a plus, however, on the job training will be available.
Other:
Experience in either working, or building frames in a wood manufacturing setting. (Training available)

Must have adequate transportation
Ability to work in a face paced environment
Ability to work well with others
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
