We're looking for a skilled framing carpenter! Knowledge of residential, commercial construction and remodeling trades is preferred. Whether you have experience in installing or not we'll provide you with hands on training to become successful. The only thing we are looking for is experience with tools and a dedicated individual to provide an exceptional customer experience. This position has steady work with benefits.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING | THE ROLE

• Collaborative partner for the window and door installation process
• Practice efficient demolition in order to minimally impact customers
• Provide Signature Service by working closely with the Lead Installer on each job site
• Preparation of window/doors and existing openings such as taping, caulking and cleaning
• Exterior/Interior finish work on all products

WHAT YOU BRING | THE PERSON

• Ability to read prints
• Mathematical skills and analytical skills necessary to do material estimates
• Basic knowledge of local (city & state) building codes
• Must have a Texas valid driver’s license
• Must have good observational skills
• Must be able to walk, stand, sit, kneel, stoop, crawl, twist, reach above head, pull, bend, climb stairs and ladders, and lift/carry 50lbs
• Must be able to be work weekends as needed
• Must be able to work overtime as needed
• Must have own tools
