About Out Product:
Available worldwide, we offer both physical and virtual studios, a line of ever-evolving, patented equipment and live, as well as on-demand streaming workouts via digital membership.
Responsibilities:
- Call new leads and pre-qualify them for an Intro Call with Director of Franchise Development. Have weekly calls with the Director of Franchise Development to discuss lead quality and notes on candidates to prepare for future calls.
- Follow up calls with candidates in different deal stages to re-engage.
- Create workflows and campaigns within CRM to include calls, texts, and emails.
- Confirm territory checks utilizing mapping software, and create protected territory once leases are signed by franchisees. Become proficient in mapping/territory software.
- Coordinate calls between franchise team and franchise candidate throughout the development process leading up to Meet the Team – Discovery Day.
- Work with social media manager to ensure regular franchise posts occur over multiple channels
- Primary liaison between digital fran/dev ad agency and franchise team. Connect agency with team members to deliver creative, data, etc.
- Work closely with creative team to ensure there is engaging content to nurture leads and candidates in our franchise CRM. This includes newsletters, email campaigns, workflows, and content to share with candidates.
- Coordinate with Franchise Marketing Team to ensure PR is being added to fran/dev site, and any franchise portals we are listed on. In addition, PR should be regularly marketed to our franchise leads and franchisees.
- Collaborate with Sales & Marketing team on strategies to drive new franchise leads.
- Research franchise conferences, trade shows, and events throughout the year.
- Assist Director of Franchise Development with broker network relationships. This could include territory checks, email blasts, broker announcements, LI prospecting, marketing collateral for regional mixers and annual retreats, attending events, presentation decks, franchise guides, and video for broker portals, updating portals with current information.
- Coordinate Meet the Team - Discovery Day Events. Prepare candidate questionnaire, and agenda. Schedule events and reservations. Assist with pre-visit checks such as funding, background checks, etc. May be required to be in person or virtual for these events.
- Work with legal to prepare drafts of agreements. Also assist with ensuring proper disclosures are signed, as well as any state specific documents.
- Provide administrative support to Franchise Development and Operations Team
- Assign and monitor start up activities for new franchisees
- Admin of Franconnect both for franchisees and Fran Dev
- Assist in qualifying, interviewing, and hire team members
- Assist in onboarding team members
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of general experience in a franchise, fitness or sales
- Experience writing, editing, and/or deploying external and internal communications
- Excellent writing and communications skills and the ability to extrapolate and translate abstract ideas into actionable plans.
- Comfort interacting with staff at all levels of the organization.
- Can-do attitude and the flexibility to take on a range of tasks.
- Ability to pivot quickly and handle fast paced and rapidly evolving projects
- Outgoing personality and strong collaborative skills.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
