Training Overview
- Program starts in the Fall Apply here!
- Training Schedule: 6-weeks, full-time, Monday to Friday
- Tuition cost is free for all accepted participants.
- In-person training
- Prepare to pass the CNA State Certification Exam
- Participants will receive $600-$1400 training stipend
Job
- Guaranteed full-time employment at various Boston hospitals, upon successful program completion!
- Starting pay rate is $18.50 per hour with benefits and pay differentials
Eligibility
- Fluent or near-fluent English skills required
- HS diploma, GED, foreign diploma, or equivalent required
- Applicants are required to complete a CORI, SORI, background, & drug screening
- Must commit to a full-time training program and job
- Must have access to reliable transportation
- Must commit to rotating hospital shifts, including Sessions! evenings, nights, & weekends.
- Day-only shifts are not available
