Freight Broker Agent Job at Prana Freight, LLC
We are looking for Freight Broker Agents who:
-Have at least 6 months of Freight Agent experience
-Have an active book of business and are ready to be set up with our company
Agent Responsibilities:
-Manage your current customers/shippers while developing new relationships in order to grow your customer base and accounts.
-Professional and respectful collaboration and coordination with shippers, carriers, and dispatchers to reflect well on Prana Freight, LLC.
-Negotiate contracts and send Shipper information and paperwork to office for Credit Verification
-Send qualified Carrier information for verification of Credit, Insurance Cert, W9, and MC
-Send Onboarding Link to Carriers for Broker – Carrier Agreement and Complete Carrier Confirmation Paperwork after negotiation of contract pricing.
-Plan and Coordinate Pick-up and Delivery Schedules
-Track and report shipment status to customers when needed
- Manage multiple deliveries, process spot requests, resolve freight discrepancies, and develop new sales strategies to improve business
-Submits BOL, Invoices, and all load contract paperwork to Prana Freight, LLC for processing of completed loads
-Performs other related duties as assigned.

-Weekly Pay (Paid for previous weekly load payments received by the following Friday)
-Uncapped Commission Scale from 65%-75% based on your Gross Commissions
-Your own login to DAT Power Office with all their features including Carrier Onboarding to significantly reduce your paperwork and time needed to confirm and track loads.

-This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position

Pay: $1.00 - $500,000.00 per year
