A successful applicant will have professional experience in greeting clients, scheduling appointments, and working in a fast-paced environment. We're looking for someone who is highly attentive, energetic and committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and redirect calls to appropriate personnel.
- Greet walk-in visitors and answer questions.
- Answer telephones and assist callers with general information.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and faxes.
- File documents.
- Input data into databases.
- Provide information to residents and other visitors regarding policies, procedures, services, community events, and emergency management procedures.
