Job Description
Our Front Desk Agents greet customers with a friendly and sincere welcome; provide accurate information about local attractions and directions to venues; complete the registration process by inputting and retrieving information from a computer system; verifying and processing credit card payment information; answering telephones; field guest complaints; adhere to all company policies and procedures. Nights, weekends, and holidays required. Have computer skills and to have experience using Room Master the hotel operating system, MS office and internet.
Additional Job Requirements:

• Hotel experience required. We are willing to train.
• Ability to work with all types of people.
