Main Responsibilities

  • Greet and direct residents and visitors with a pleasant attitude
  • Exceed residents' and guests' expectations by providing anticipatory service
  • Cultivate and retain cohesive relationships with residents, vendors and contractors
  • Maintain confidentiality of residents
  • Monitor access throughout the shift and ensures authorized resident and guest use only
  • Caution residents or guests behaving in an unsafe manner
  • Escort people if necessary
  • Perform all other duties as assigned

Additional Front Desk Concierge Responsibilities May Include

  • Professional telephone etiquette and message delivery
  • Accurately log guest packages, ensure timely delivery and perform package inventory audits
  • Monitor lobby and surveillance cameras and patrol property to ensure resident safety and security
  • Assist in the scheduling and completion of all amenities’ requests including local transportation, residents’ move-ins, dinner reservations, pet walking, dry-cleaning pick-ups and drop-offs, event planning, grocery and package delivery, housekeeping, etc.

Additional Roving Concierge Responsibilities May Include

  • Assist other concierge positions during peak times
  • Walk the premises to ensure the highest standards are being met
  • Coordinate with maintenance team to ensure public areas are in good repair
  • Monitor perimeter and surveillance cameras and patrol property to ensure resident safety and security
  • Able to spend extended time in outdoor environment regardless of weather or extreme temperature.
  • Able to stand and walk for extended periods.

Additional Package Concierge Responsibilities May Include

  • Maintain an organized and orderly package room
  • Accurately input a high volume of packages in a timely manner on arrival
  • Ensure timely delivery and contact residents regarding perishable packages
  • Politely obtain signatures from residents on package pickup
  • Able to lift and carry packages of up to 50 lbs.

Please note that these specialties are subject to assignment by management based on performance and aptitude. Each Concierge may expect to be cross-trained for one or more of them during their tenure.
