We are looking for a Front Desk Associate to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our guests. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be organized and detail-oriented, and have the ability to multitask. Responsibilities include greeting guests, answering phones, responding to inquiries, making reservations, and providing general information about the zipline.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival in a warm friendly manner.
- Answer phone calls and in-person inquiries from guests in a professional manner, providing accurate and helpful information.
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs.
- Monitor and process all reservations, payments and cancellations according to established company procedures.
- Maintain a neat and organized front desk area.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Steamboat Springs, CO 80487: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
