Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies/service procedures/standards.
Maintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment. Use equipment only as intended.
Anticipate guests' needs, respond promptly, and acknowledge all guests, however busy and whatever time of day.
Maintain positive guest relations at all times.
Resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction.
Checking in arriving guests, checking out departing guests.
Settling out the end of day and running the computer portion of the night audit.
Assigning housekeeping sheets for the new day.
Setting up and manning the continental breakfast until morning shift arrives.
Cleaning and dusting front desk and lobby area.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Night shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Bonus pay
