Our Front Desk Agents are Specialists in providing excellent Guest Service! They are the BEST in Sioux City at ensuring our guests' accommodations and reservations need are met. We are looking for a dedicated individual to add to our work family. No hotel experience required, Sales & Customer Service experience desired. Training provided, PTO benefits, employee discounts and part-time night audit hours available, or a full-time flexible schedule is available. Come be a part of our team!
Job Description: Accommodate hotel patrons by registering and assigning rooms to guests, issuing room keys or cards, transmitting, and receiving messages, keeping records of occupied rooms and guests' accounts, making and confirming reservations, and presenting statements to and collecting payments from departing guests.
Wage Range: $15.00 per hour
