Splash and Dash is a brand new grooming concept in Louisville. We are looking for energetic people who are eager to grow with us!
About the Job:
We are a full-service Groomerie and Boutique that also offers retail, grooming and membership-based grooming services. We happily provide a very unique and upscale experience for our customers.
The Front Desk Associate is essential to an organized and productive salon and is tasked with the responsibility of managing the Pet Stylists and Assistants and works with the entire team to maximize the daily salon productivity. Must be willing to provide the highest standard for customer service and be comfortable selling both services and retail items.
The Front Desk Associate will know and follow all aspects of operations, standards and productivity levels in the bathing and grooming department and will willingly assist in these areas if needed.
Requirements:
-2 years sales experience preferred
-Must be dependable, detail oriented, and energetic.
-Must be able to perform in a fast paced and team oriented environment
-Must have a great attitude and be eager to grow with us!
