Description:
Saiful Bouquet Structural Engineers has an immediate opening for a Front Desk Coordinator in our new Downtown Los Angeles office located at 725 S. Figueroa St., 37th Floor.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Main receptionist using multi-line phones
- Greeting clients and vendors
- Building maintenance liaison
- Ordering office supplies and taking inventory
- Setting up new hire welcome kits and handbooks
- Setting up workstations (non-IT) and clearing out unused workstations
- Maintaining conference room reservations and conference room upkeep
- Filing and copying
- Handle miscellaneous projects as requested
- Dependable and punctual
- Positive/Pro-active/Detail-oriented team member
- Self-motivated and independent
- Highly organized and able to multi-task
- Working knowledge of MS Office/Teams
- Fast learner
- Must be able to lift 15+ lbs on occasion
