The Courtyard by Marriott in Portsmouth, NH is looking for a Front Desk Supervisor to join our team. As the lead of the Front Desk, we are looking for our Supervisor to have a strong understanding and commitment to providing hospitality.
A successful Front Desk Supervisor will have previous hotel experience, be outgoing and positive and be able to work a flexible schedule including days and evenings, weekends and holidays. Experience with property management systems is preferred - particularly Fosse would be a plus!
Responsibilities include:
- Supervise and work alongside the Front Desk Agents
- Ensure our team is providing excellent customer service with every interaction
- Respond to guest questions and concerns as they are escalated
- Manage front desk schedule, and ensure appropriate staffing levels in accordance with daily occupancy
- Ensure flawless communication between front desk operations and other departments
