The Front Desk Supervisor oversees the Front Desk Coordinator positions and ensures smooth operation of Front Desk duties and tasks. Ensuring the communication between clients, guests, and run smoothly. Coordinating smooth communication and administration between multiple office locations, reporting to the Downstate Regional President.
This is first point of contact for our company. Greeting guests, employees and clients. Offering administration support throughout the region. Front Desk will coordinate front desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls.
Major Responsibilities:
- Hire, train and supervise Front Desk Coordinator
Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (guest log book, parking passes)
- Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock for all locations
- Update calendars and schedule meetings
- Assist Region in coordination of events
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties as requested including data processing
- Perform other duties as requested
- 3-5 years supervisory experience

- High School or equivalent
- Experience with Microsoft Office Products
