Our ideal exceptional candidate will possess the following to assist/work hand in hand with our OFFICE MANAGER:
--Provides 'Ritz-Carlton-style Concierge' service to our valuable patients.

--Acting as the Front Desk Goddess and as the Ambassador to the practice
with 'Ritz Carlton Style' attitude and customer service .
-- --1st up in Overseeing/Responsible for the productivity and effectiveness of running insurance aging at $0 over 90, and internal/external marketing for the office, including doing weekly site visits to local businesses and HR departments to promote our office in order to keep new patients above 40 NP's per month
--1st up in Showing strong skills at Internal/External marketing, from marketing idea
conception, implementation, to tracking progress and results based on ROI.
--2nd up in Helping with the hygiene schedule flow/punctuality from the front to the back, to include facilitating helping in the back where/when needed. Dental assisting experience is a huge plus!
--2nd up in Helping to Oversee the productivity and effectiveness of filling the Hygiene schedule.
--2nd up in Assisting as needed to Keep the Doctor's and the hygiene schedule efficiently booked to goal on a daily basis
--Maintaining efficient task Assistance and delegation where necessary of
Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly Lists
--2nd up in Assisting in Running Daily/Monthly/Annual Reports in Dentrix
--1st up in Assisting in Using Insurance Answers Plus to daily verify benefits and DAILY file all necessary insurance claims for our valued patients
--3rd up in Helping out to work on our monthly Aging Reports to keep billing Communication open and consistent with our patients.
-- 2nd up in Actively Treatment planning/Presenting treatment in Dentrix, while being able to professionally devise creative ways to make treatment affordable for our patients.
--2nd up in Exhibiting strong skills with spreadsheets in being able to delegate/log
daily/monthly practice statistics, display progress charts and graphs while
also reporting to the rest of the team our progress toward daily/monthly goals.
--Being a consummate and detailed communicator with the Dr using daily lists
of task oriented action planned TO-DO items, and to help maintain the constant pulse of the practice
-- --2nd up in Taking control of Assisting in staffing the rest of the office when needed, to include dealing with temp agencies, staffers calling in sick, running ads, coordinating all screening calls, interviews with OM and the Dr and sometimes even team interviews with other staff members
--Self Motivated
-- A Working knowledge of both Front/Back DENTRIX functions--RDA=BIG PLUS!
