Your Role:

Our administrative assistants are first impression masters! They guide our customers, ensuring they have the best experience from the moment they walk through the door, throughout the sales process, and beyond. Our administrative assistants have the opportunity to lead as they work to bring together our sales team and our loan origination team with clear and detailed communication. We depend on our administrative assistants to provide swift and friendly assistance to our customers, while our customers navigate their journey with our company, and we want to hear your voice when working to improve the process, the customer experience, and company.

What it boils down to:

  • Paid overtime will be required on occasion with this role
  • Collect and upload customer’s stipulations
  • Work closely with our loan origination department and sales team to make sure the sales process is smooth
  • Serve as a Cars and Credit Master customer-facing representative, ensuring utmost professionalism, articulateness and politeness in every in-person interaction
  • Check in customers and direct them to relevant departments as necessary
  • Answer customer service calls related to dealership services and other locations that operate under Cars and Credit Master umbrella, as well as provide swift and accurate responses to customers
  • Make/change/cancel appointments over the phone with customers

Education and Experience:

  • A valid driver’s license is required
  • Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • Must have 2 years of customer service experience

Physical Requirements:

  • Be able to speak clearly and understand the speech of another
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
