Front Desk Receptionist Job at H&R Block of the Northern Hills

Our locally-owned H&R Block office in Lead is looking for a seasonal front desk/customer service professional for the upcoming tax season. Work entails general client service, answering the phone, making reminder phone calls, scheduling appointments, file organization, confirming e-file authorizations from the IRS and other light office work.
The set schedule will be will be Tuesday-Friday (8:45-6:00) and every other Saturday (8:45-5:00). Tax season runs from mid-January through April 18th.
Tax season can be fast-paced but we strive to make it fun, relaxed and as flexible as possible. Pay starts at $12-$15 an hour, depending on experience. Many of our front desk hires go on to train in tax preparation, so it’s a great place to start.
