Responsibilities:

  • Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
  • Answering, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
  • Receiving and sorting daily mail
  • Organizing company/client sponsoring meeting & events
  • Organizing/controlling conference room calendar
  • Creating badges for new hires and recording new hire information
  • Ordering/Managing Dept office supplies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Teams
  • Proficiency in Outlook
  • Processing of document approvals and filing within job Batch Records
  • Drafting of Administrative Change Notices

  • Drives projects to completion and goes above and beyond to get things done
  • Sense of urgency and takes initiative
  • Positive, can-do attitude
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Willing to help out where needed...

Education:

  • HS Diploma/GED

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

  • OFFICE DUTIES: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
