Front Desk / Receptionist Job at TekwissenLLc
Responsibilities:
- Receiving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
- Answering, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
- Receiving and sorting daily mail
- Organizing company/client sponsoring meeting & events
- Organizing/controlling conference room calendar
- Creating badges for new hires and recording new hire information
- Ordering/Managing Dept office supplies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams
- Proficiency in Outlook
- Processing of document approvals and filing within job Batch Records
- Drafting of Administrative Change Notices
Skills Required
- Drives projects to completion and goes above and beyond to get things done
- Sense of urgency and takes initiative
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Willing to help out where needed...
Education:
- HS Diploma/GED
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
