Requirements:
- Preferred: 1-3 years of fitness sales or relevant sales experience
- Recommended: 1-3 years of previous management or supervisory experience
- Passion for fitness and helping others
- Social presence (Facebook and Instagram)
- High Energy
- Superb Communication skills
- Solution-based, Results-oriented, Competitive spirit
- 30 to 40 hours a week
Details:
The Sales Assistant will work side by side the Studio Manager in helping oversee all studio functionality from driving sales to studio operations with opportunity for future growth.
- Member growth through membership sales
- Oversee studio team and schedule
- Lead generation including GrassRoots Marketing and Networking
- Deliver 5 star experience
- Build lasting relationships with prospective and current members.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Studio
- Acquisition of new members and the retention of existing members
- Strategic outreach, for securing first time rider/lead flow
- Actively coach, train and educate your team to advance
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $13.00 per hour
