Working alongside the Assistant Manager and General Manager, the Front Office Manager will manage the front of house operations, ensuring the highest standard of service and best possible guest experience is maintained. Establish and maintain professional relationships with the hotel guests and patrons

Evenings and weekends are required.

Oprea experience is a PLUS.

  • Supervises and manages employees. Manages all day to day operations. Able to perform duties of the employees in order to provide training and coverage.
  • Establishes and maintains open, collaborative relationships with employees
  • Ensures recognition of employees is taking place across areas of responsibility. Celebrates successes and recognizes contributions of team members.
  • Ensures policies and procedures are complied with the highest standard of service and guest satisfaction.
  • Conducts department meetings, training sessions, and "One Minute Manager" guidance to ensure all employees are equipped to provide the highest level of guest service and recognition.
  • Work closely with Housekeeping and Engineering on daily operations in regard to guestroom status.
  • Handle guest complaints and compliments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
