Job Title: Front Desk Team Member
The Front Desk Team Member at Southern Chiropractic & Acupuncture helps to create an exceptional patient experience that lasts far beyond when the patient leaves the office. This team member maintains a high standard of expectations and goes above and beyond for all individuals they come in contact with each day!
Duties and Responsibilities:
- 5 Star Phone Calls
- Patient Experience
- Maintain Cleanliness of Reception Area
- Scheduling Patient Visits
- Data Entry
- Patient Finances
- Office Statistics
- Daily Checklist and Accounting
- Must Comply with all HIPAA Requirements
Qualifications:
- No prior experience or training. Customer service experience is a plus.
- High School Diploma or GED
- Computer skills required: Microsoft Office, Google Documents, Electronic Health Records via Jane
