Job Description:

Operate various types of front end such as but not limited Caterpillar or Kawasaki front end loaders to work at asphalt plants to load and feed the hopper of an asphalt plant with necessary materials to produce asphalt. May perform other duties as well at the plant or other job sites. May be working on multiple sites as the need arises.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Operate various types of front end loaders such as but not limited Caterpillar or Kawasaki front end loaders to work at asphalt plants to load and feed the hoppers of an asphalt plant with necessary materials to produce asphalt. May perform other duties as well at the plant or other job sites.

Minimum Qualifications & Training:

• One to two years of front end loader operations. May train the right candidate.
• Ability to abide by precise instructions and strict buy necessary safety rules and policies.
• Must be a reliable/trustworthy team player.
• Maintain a good attendance and safety record.

Tasks Essential to Job Functions:

• Occasional standing and walking required.
• Ability to work long periods of time while sitting.
• Ability to operate equipment at recommended speeds and peaks of operation.
• Must be productive during each shift and be willing to meet the goals that are set.
• Visual Activity - ability to work with equipment technology.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
