So, What Will You Be Doing?

• Assist the General Manager and AGM with: proper staff retention, pars, end of week invoicing, RASI sales submittals & restaurant inventory
• Interview, train, develop & perform 1 on 1's with hourly team members; Maintain team culture and recognition
• Manage labor costs, conduct food safety reviewsConduct P&L Reviews, weekly forecasting, expense control, development of AORs and maintaining FOH Health Code

Qualifications:

• Experience overseeing day-to-day culinary operations in a high-volume, fast-paced, scratch kitchen
• Knowledge of cost and labor systems
• Passion for high-quality food and health standards
• Strong leadership qualities

This is a full-time, salaried position. Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year.
