Front Office Administrator Job at McClure Engineering Company
McClure is looking for a full-time or part-time detail-oriented Front Office Administrator to join our team in Columbia, MO. This position is primarily responsible for coordinating and managing the Columbia, MO office.
Responsibilities:
- Order office, break area, and field supplies
- Ensures office is kept in good order and is organized/inviting (including break area and common spaces)
- Coordinates events for office team members
- Coordinates catering and meals as requested
- Greets clients and coordinates meetings
- Coordinate with building property manager on facility access/issues
- Track equipment inventory by checking in/out, managing repair and update process while keeping corporate office updated
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, keep track of postage/shipping supplies
- Scan and forward invoices to corporate accounts payable
- Status copier count and coordinate with copier maintenance company
- Prepare and review client communications and reports
- File and manage documents (paper and electronic)
- Assist office with presentation preparation
- Coordinate with HR on various administrative needs
- Coordinate with IT
- Other administrative duties as requested and assigned
Desired Skills and Experience:
- 1-2 years’ prior Receptionist/Administrative office experience
- Excellent Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Project) skills
- Proficient using Adobe or Bluebeam software
- Attention to detail and consistency in work
- Excellent organizational and customer service skills
- Must have patience, tact, cheerful disposition, and enthusiasm
- Ability to embrace and quickly adapt to change in a fast-paced environment
