We currently have an opening for an Office Assistant position.

This is an entry-level position with opportunity for growth.

This position is Monday-Friday in a professional office environment.

We are looking for a team member who has:

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • A professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • The ability to type a minimum of 40 wpm accurately;
  • The ability to multi-task effectively and accurately
  • The ability to adjust to changing priorities; and
  • The ability to pass some basic background and drug screening requirements.

Compensation: $14.00-$18.00/hour (DOE), plus benefits offered below.

Responsibilities and Duties include (but are not limited to):

  • Professionally and courteously answering calls;
  • Data entry, update tracker and report generation.
  • Monitoring electronic mailboxes and distributing emails and faxes timely and accurately;
  • Auditing files for completion;
  • Greeting customers and clients;
  • File creation and maintenance;
  • General clerical duties (Copying, faxing, scanning documents, etc.);
  • Maintaining the general cleanliness of the reception area and conference room.
