We are excited to add a new member to our wonderful team for a Front Office Coordinator! The person in this role is critical to our Firm’s success. As a vital link in coordinating multiple projects across the Firm, the ideal candidate will have a positive and confident attitude in approaching and solving critical problems and serving Customers.

We are a small, well-established CPA firm located in the heart of Camano Island, WA. We target serving growing families, small businesses, and local charities. We have a motivating and team-oriented work environment with a flat organizational structure, which make us a perfect fit for those that thrive in an autonomous, yet supportive and collaborative culture. Our Team is warm, friendly, yet professional, reflecting pride in our small-town values.

This position is the first point of contact and the face of our Firm for all Customers. The key objectives of this position include what is stated below. However, at the heart of this role is helping others.

Front Office Coordinator:

  • 3-5 years of office administration experience
  • A broad variety of administrative tasks for the front office including phone, email, and mail correspondence
  • Assisting with invoicing
  • Performing data entry and filing tasks
  • Ensuring Customer commitment dates are well communicated
  • Managing and ordering supplies for our Firm
  • Must have knowledge of basic office equipment, basic math skills and strong typing skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications: Word, Outlook, Excel
  • Experience with QuickBooks software is a plus
  • Highly organized with the ability to work independently, prioritize, multitask, and work with strict deadlines
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $28.00 per hour
