Hardin Valley Animal Hospital is situated in the growing community of Hardin Valley in West Knoxville, Tennessee. We are seeking a skilled practitioner and leader with advanced surgical, dental, and general medicine experience. You will help lead the entire veterinary team on a day-to-day basis. While working together with the Management Team and owners to ensure HVAH continues to stay current and implement the latest evidence-based medicine. You will be a mentor and teacher that can maintain hospital flow, with the ability to have a work-life balance that is contagious and inspiring to others. You will have personalized mentorship provided by our staff veterinarian with over 20 years in the profession and the ability to further grow your skillset. This is a full-time role that will incorporate a combination of practitioner responsibilities.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· Provide gold standard patient and client care

· Support our Fear Free certified requirements

· Provide medical and surgical services

· Maintain a regular schedule of appointments and surgical services to our patients

· Mentor colleagues and Support Team members

· Assist with creating/revising hospital SOP’s

· Address client concerns

· Work with the owners and Management Team to ensure the hospital is well functioning

· Have a collaborative mindset

· Receive mentoring on a regular basis

Pay: $85,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
