Full Time Faculty - Pediatrics and Vision Therapy Job at Marshall B Ketchum University
Southern California College of Optometry (SCCO) at Marshall B. Ketchum University (MBKU) is seeking applicants for a pediatrics and vision therapy faculty position* to provide education in our Optometry and Vision Science programs.
Qualified candidates are expected to teach and mentor students in the OD program, support College research initiatives, and participate in service activities at the College, the University, and on a national level. A record of educational and scholarly activities appropriate for level of experience in optometry and vision science is required.
Candidates are required to have successfully completed an accredited residency in Pediatric Optometry or Vision Therapy and/or gained years of clinical experience within this area of optometry. Candidates must be able to manage pediatric patients as well as patients with binocular vision disorders, visual information processing disorders, strabismus and amblyopia. Candidates must have an OD degree and be eligible for a California optometry license.
