Full-Time Mailroom Clerk Job at CAMS Mgt.
CAMS is currently looking for a Mailroom Clerk to work in-house within our Spectrum Accounting Department which provides accounting services to clients across the country.
The position is full-time, in-house: Monday - Friday, 8 am – 5 pm with a $12.00 hourly rate.
Responsibilities
- Follow instructions and communicate with managers regarding sending large mailings
- Proofread and edit mailing
- Opening and Scanning Mail
- Running items to/from mailroom.
- Putting invoices in the software
- Become familiar with office equipment - copiers, postage machine, etc
- Track and report postage
Requirements
- Technologically savvy; able to learn new software
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Excellent proofreading skills
- Highly detail oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Able to lift 35lbs
- Be able to stand for long periods of time
- Able to operate office equipment and postage machinery
