We are currently in need of full-time RBT's who are available during the week Monday-Friday in south Austin.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide ABA therapy to children with autism and other developmental disabilities
- Work in client's homes or in the community
- Implement Behavior Intervention Plan developed by BCBA supervisor
- Help clients with skill building (communication, self-help skills, socialization, etc.)
- Manage challenging behaviors (aggression, tantrums, etc.)
- Collect data on goals and target behaviors
- Travel to clients' homes, must have reliable transportation
