Job Title: Residential Caregiver - CILA

• A CILA (Community Integrated Living Arrangement) is a group home style living arrangement for adults aged 18 and older living with developmental disabilities.
• Clearbrook currently has 50+ CILA homes around the Chicago area, each one housing 1-8 clients each.

Locations: NW Chicago Suburbs, IL

Openings: 5

Hours: Full Time

• Thursday 3pm-Friday 9am & Saturday 9am-Sunday 9am (_42hrs_/week)
• Monday-Friday 3pm-10pm (_35hrs_/week)
• Saturday 9am-Sunday 9pm (_36hrs_/week)
• Saturday 9am-9pm & Sunday 9am-Monday 9am (_36hrs_/week)
• Friday 3pm-11pm, Saturday 9am-9pm & Sunday 3pm-9am (_38hrs_/week)

Pay: $17.75/hr + PAID Training

+ Sign-on Bonus: Full-Time staff receive total of $2,250 & Part-Time staff receive total of $875in bonuses the first year of employment with us!

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the direct provision of active treatment to the clients of the facility including training and assistance in all areas addressed in the individual program plans of the clients to whom she/he is assigned.
• Feeding, toileting, bathing.
• Assistance in all areas of social and recreational program activities for the day

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license required
• Must be 21 years of age
