The LodeStone Center for Behavioral Health is seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Social Worker (LSW) for a mixed role as outpatient therapist and intake coordinator. The position will provide weekly clinical supervision towards full licensure, and opportunities to pursue specialty experience in an outpatient setting. Primary duties will include outpatient therapy cases 50% of the week, and management of our new patient intake process 50% of the week, as part of a three clinician team. Opportunity for advancement upon completion of the LCPC of LCSW credential will be available.

The position will be based out of our Hinsdale office, with occasional days (1-2 days per month) in our Woodstock office. Our Woodstock office is located on the historic town square, with coffee shops and a weekly farmer's market a few steps away. The Hinsdale location is conveniently located near I-294 and Ogden, making for an easy commute with abundant free parking right outside the entrance.

Our group is comprised of Psychologists, LCPCs, LCSWs, a Prescribing Psychologist and a Nurse Practitioner. We are an established group of 26 clinicians with a great clinical culture. This position provides the stability of a salaried role, along with the flexibility to pursue specific areas of clinical training through an outpatient caseload with an abundant referral stream.

This is a salaried position, including benefits and a paid time off days. It is intended to provide abundant clinical support to bolster experience and confidence as an outpatient therapist while completing the LCPC / LCSW credential.
