We are hiring a VA to work with Alpine Virtual as a subcontractor (1099). We are filling positions for 40 hours per week depending on your preferences and availability.

ABOUT US:

Hi! I'm Nicole Magelssen. I have been a virtual executive assistant for eleven years and I started Alpine Virtual 3 years ago. We currently have a team of 25+ VAs across the United States with a variety of different skillsets and expertise. I’m very passionate about providing our clients quality work but also providing our team members with quality clients. Our VAs are always here to help each other by answering questions or providing encouragement over Slack. I’m personally here to provide resources to you as well. We are passionate about your success in your role.

ROLE/SCOPE:

Are you detail-oriented, trustworthy, proactive, and organized? You will be handling a wide array of administrative tasks as well as interacting with our client (and his clients). The role includes admin tasks such as inbox management, calendar management, research, and always being on top of every task that is thrown your way. Your role will be to stay on top of all current projects and provide top-tier customer service along the way. We are looking for someone who is self-initiating, detail-oriented, a great communicator, stays on top of recurring tasks, and is diligent about getting things done on time. We are ALL ABOUT saving our clients time. We do this by being proactive, catching details, double-checking work, and doing great work the first time.

AVAILABILITY & LOGISTICS

  • We’re U.S. based and this client requires support within business hours (Monday to Friday 9 AM - 5 PM MT or CT)
  • The position is 40 hours per week. Pay is $20 per hour.
  • All work can be done remotely.
  • This position will be a subcontractor role. We are looking to build a long-term relationship with the right person.

THIS MIGHT BE THE PERFECT POSITION FOR YOU IF:

  • Spanish speaking is a plus but not a requirement.
  • You are U.S. based.
  • You have availability from 9-5 (CT or MT)
  • You have at least three years of previous experience as an admin, virtual assistant, or executive assistant.
  • You focus on solutions and are a natural problem solver.
  • You love planning, organizing, and systems.
  • You value the importance of communication.
  • You have strong writing and proofreading skills.
  • You have a keen eye for detail but are also able to see the big picture.
  • You are reliable and always on top of your tasks (and your time).
  • You work independently and don’t require prompts.
  • You’re organized and are keenly aware of all the small details.
  • You seek to make things better. Whether it’s improving the efficiency of systems or catching typos -- you’re always on the lookout!
