Position Responsibilities and Duties:

• Providing exceptional customer service
• Complete Transactions for Sale/Buying of Product
• Processing Trade in Product to make available for sale
• Assist Customers in making selections that meet their needs
• General tasks as related to the operation of the store
• Other duties may be assigned as the business dictates from time

• Video Games(retro to new gen), Consoles, Accessories
• Collectibles, Figures, Statues, FunKo Pop
• Anime, Gunpla, Models
• Table Top Games, Miniatures, and Accessories
• Comic Books, Trading Cards, Toys and Novelty
• T-Shirts, Posters, and industry related apparel and décor
• Consumer Electronics – Smart Devices, Watches, Tablets, iPads, iPhones
• Speakers, Headsets, Laptops, Macbooks
• Vinyl Records, DVDs and Blu-ray Movies and Boxsets
• Phone and hardware repair

Experience

• 1 or more years of retail experience a plus
• 2 or more years of customer service experience a plus
• Sales/ Customer Service
• Track record of success in retail environment
• Fast paced work environment

Education:

• High School Diploma required
• Bachelors or Associates degree or equivalent preferred
