Position Overview
The primary responsibility of the Game Designer is to facilitate creative design of the gaming products for our casino gaming applications.
All duties are to be performed in accordance with Company and departmental policies, practices, and procedures. All Company Team Members are expected to conduct and carry themselves in a professional manner at all times. Team Members are required to observe the Company’s standards, work requirements and rules of conduct.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Collaborate with product team, design team, and engineering team to craft best-in-class gaming experiences.

Co-author product design documentation that design team and engineering teams can build design specifications from.

Design visual concepts, user flows, wireframes interface mockups and prototypes for mobile and desktop game experiences.

Conceptualize and develop game concepts, rules, visuals, and stories for new games.

Collaborate with product team and design team to create Proto Book that will encompass detailed design flow and renderings of new product design.

Research of potential new game products and new product trends to be incorporated for future use in our portfolio.

Perform job duties in a safe manner.

Attend work as scheduled on a consistent and regular basis.

Perform other related duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
-
At least 21 years of age.
-
Proof of authorization to work in the United States.

Undergraduate degree preferable; or 3-years equivalent experience in Casino Gaming
-
Must be able to obtain and maintain any certification or license, as required by law or policy.

3+ years of experience in Casino Gaming and design preferably Online Casino
-
Experience in game development (table games, slots, keno, bingo) including procedural documentation, marketing documentation, and engineering documentation

Previous experience in land-based casino gaming supplier industry

Experience in application of casino math principles for design of new live game shows

Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex topics

Highly analytical mindset, with an ability to see both big picture and the details

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and interact appropriately with management, other Team Members and outside contacts of different backgrounds and levels of experience.

Must be able to:

Physically access assigned workspace areas with or without reasonable accommodation.

Work remotely as necessary - Hybrid work schedule, 80% of work in on-site location and 20% remote

Work indoors and be exposed to various environmental factors such as, but not limited to, CRT, noise, and dust.

Utilize laptop and standard keyboard to perform essential functions of the job.
