2nd shift ** Sort miscellaneous material to conform to customer specifications and to upgrade commodities where possible.
Responsibilities:
- Sort metal materials for processing as directed
- Assist customers throughout the facility
- Clean and maintain work area
- Prepare materials for shipment
- Understand and complete necessary paperwork & documents
- Operate skid steer & forklift (Experience not Required)
- Grade and purchase material
- All other duties as assigned
- Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50lbs or more repetitively on a regular basis
- Self-motivated team player willing to learn new skills
- Ability to make decisions in a fast paced, ever changing work environment
- Ability to stand for long periods of time on a daily basis
- A clear understanding and adherence to safety rules and regulations
- Team player dedicated to the organization
Preferred
- Knowledge of scrap is a plus
