General Maintenance/ Janitorial Job at SunFlora, Inc. / Your CBD Store
We are looking for a reliable, hard-working individual to join our team of General Maintenance Staff at our office. The ideal candidate will have prior experience maintaining offices, and will be responsible for cleaning and organizing daily. The successful candidate must be available to work weekdays and weekends. The ideal candidate will be extremely detail-oriented and organized, and should be capable of working on their own with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Performs general cleaning and janitorial duties within building.
- Performs minor repairs and maintenance, such as replacing light bulbs or unclogging toilets.
- Clean surfaces and wash windows, walls, floors and trim.
- Maintain grounds and outside common areas.
- Monitor building systems, including the air conditioning and plumbing.
- Make repairs to building systems.
- Respond to emergencies within the building or surrounding grounds.
- Assists with A/C issues/repairs and small electrical issues.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
