We are seeking a General Maintenance Person to join our team! You will be responsible for light repairs to items in and attached to rental units. The 'to do' list would change daily and can range from changing a light bulb, fixing leaks, painting etc.
Responsibilities Include but are Not Limited To:
- Repair and/or replace rental items as needed
- Lifting small and large items
- Bending and standing
- Walking up and down stairs
- Evening and Weekends may be Required
- Must drive from office to rental assignments on SPI
Qualifications Include but are Not Limited To:
- Basic home and rental maintenance knowledge required
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Salary commensurate with experience.
- Weekly Gas Check Provided
