Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:
● Organize and supervise shifts to ensure smooth operations
● Ensuring the entire team is certified according to the current training processes
● Creating a service oriented culture while promoting an environment of fun and teamwork
● Evaluating performance and providing constructive feedback
● Developing and growing team members and future managers
Restaurant Manager Qualifications:
● Must be 18 or older to apply
● 2-3 years Restaurant Experience in a leadership role
● Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
