Our sibling companies, Hi-Grade Materials, offer concrete and aggregates, while Smith Ironworks delivers custom metal fabrication services for industrial, commercial, and residential projects.
Endura Steel has been in business since 1972 and is the leading supplier of full-service construction metals materials throughout Southern California, Southern Nevada, and Western Arizona. About the General Manager Role
We are looking for a growth-oriented General Manager to build on and accelerate the success of Endura Steel. You will be improving the overall operations of our three branches; in Thousand Palms, Fort Mohave, AZ, and Hesperia where our main headquarters is located.
Responsibilities of the General Manager:
- Increase top-line revenue by 25%+
- Increase profitability by 30%+
- Improve efficiencies and productivity throughout the business unit
- Own the P&L including monthly reviews, and participate in the budgeting process
- Manage inventory to revenue ratio to free up cash and eliminate write-offs and waste
- Improve branch appearance, keeping yards well organized and clean
- Reduce turnover by empowering employees and creating a culture of collaboration and teamwork
- Improve timeliness and accuracy of customer
- Lead by building a culture of safety, accountability, customer service, pride, productivity, employee engagement, and growth mindset.
