concrete products to the Tri-State and surrounding areas. We are looking for someone with
experience in operations management / General Manager of Operations, who will drive the
approximately 230,000 square feet of manufacturing space in NJ for continuous improvement,
accountability for hours, and overall operations management.

Additionally, this role will assist in oversight of the operations at their Bethel, PA location. Travel
to Bethel will be one day per week on average.
The GM will manage the day to day of the team, assist leadership in handling contracts and
negotiations, contract review, subcontractors, oversee bidding processes, estimation, margins,
etc.
The ideal candidate will have a college education, and a strong background in construction
management, as well as experience in employee administration. We are looking for someone
