Global Game Changers Student Empowerment Programs (GGC) use evidence-based, high-quality curriculum to bring children we serve out of poverty by closing the enrichment gap and positively impacting students social-emotional outcomes, including improved behavior leading to increased academic engagement. The Data & Impact Analyst VISTA will build the capacity of GGC by supporting the development and administration of a QED study of in-school and out-of-school programs, as well as a comparative study of the In-Residence traditional model vs. the 21st Century Community Learning Center model being piloted in the 21-22 school year.

Member Duties : The VISTA member will help build a stronger data foundation for Global Game Changers by developing a comparison study between two afterschool programs, conducting an in-depth QED study on GGC in-school programs in Title I schools, and researching academic literature to provide a stronger basis for data review. The member will work with management, volunteers and Educator board members well-versed in program evaluation.
