Purpose of Role
You will report to the Head of Integration CoE and be accountable for delivering IT Service Management for the global integration platforms, and for the integration solutions that are deployed to them, implemented throughout Belron, specifically by ensuring that the contracted service providers are managed effectively. You will be fully committed to the value of the integration platforms, understanding how they support the Belron business in day-today operations and the fundamental value of effective service excellence.
As a member of the Global Technology group you must be able to effectively communicate with senior members from supplier organizations, the Belron business community as well as the IT organization.
Responsibilities:
  • Defining, documenting and delivering against agreed service levels, KPIs and related credit regimes.
  • Ensuring the integration platform support services meet best practice standards aligned with business agreed service level targets for service assurance for integration
  • Actively collecting feedback from internal service teams and project teams to drive continuous improvements.
  • Ensuring suppliers deliver high quality service management meetings and facilitate strategic reviews.
  • Driving suppliers to deliver on Problem Management and to report on initiatives resulting.
  • Driving suppliers on any improvement areas, agreeing action plans and objectives, ensuring progress is made.
  • Developing and maintaining good working relationships with supplier organizations, always ensuring the ability to deliver the right outcomes for Belron.
  • Ensuring that suppliers deliver all services contracted to the agreed service levels.
  • Holding suppliers to account where service levels are not attained and ensuring that suppliers follow the normal best practices around service improvements.
  • Working with the vendor manager to ensure that Belron identifies and receives any service credits due.
  • Working with projects to ensure that they deliver integration solutions that can be supported within existing contracts on the strategic global integration platforms.
  • Managing the transition into service of integration assets delivered by projects onto the global platforms.
  • Ensure that relevant compliance measures are built into and adhered to in order that Belron can meet regulatory obligations related to the management of systems integrations supporting the business.
  • Managing onboarding process for country IT, business groups and SIs onto the Belron global integration platforms.
Skills and Experience required
  • Demonstrable IT Service / Supplier Management experience with recent experience in a large international organization dealing with global-scale suppliers
  • Demonstrable experience of driving value from effective supplier working relationships
  • Experience of change management processes.
  • Experience with service models for IaaS and PaaS platforms, covering networking and hosting infrastructure
  • Experience of integration platforms, especially the MuleSoft Anypoint platform
  • Experience of developing and implementing Global IT Service Strategies
  • Experience of IT Transformation particularly leading and successfully delivering on an international scale.
  • Experience of corporate IT Application systems including cloud and SaaS services that underpin them.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and drive change across technology and service operations teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a self-directed manner, seeking out areas that need attention, rather than being asked to look at specific problem areas
  • Demonstrated experience of applying ITIL V3 and 4, ideally supported with related qualifications.
  • Have engaged, built relationships with and influenced senior leadership and key business stakeholders.
  • Communication skills, with the ability to engage audiences at all levels.
  • Demonstrate understanding around performance management concepts, benchmarking and metrics.
  • Strong analytical skills including an ability to anticipate and highlight potential issues and opportunities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively, working to resolve conflicts and achieve consensus.
  • Highly Resilient and able to cope with significant challenges, tight deadlines, and multiple requests.
