The Global Partner Operations team manages the processes and daily tasks that ensure baseline Partner experiences on Twitch. As creator needs are diverse, we specialize in internal systems and partner with teams across the business, harnessing our collective knowledge of creators to achieve the best outcomes.
Reporting to the Senior Manager of Global Partner Operations, as a member of our team you will handle processing of daily internal Partner request queues and support partners across the business with ad-hoc requests related to our systems.
You can work in San Francisco, CA or Irvine, CA, and Virtual Arizona

Reporting to the Senior Manager of Global Partner Operations, as a member of our team you will handle processing of daily internal Partner request queues and support partners across the business with ad-hoc requests related to our systems.
You can work in San Francisco, CA or Irvine, CA, and Virtual Arizona
You Will:
- Manage Partner related internal requests queues across Onboarding, Conduct & Contract Management
- Accomplish and meet manual onboarding workflow service level agreements
- Improve and refine internal processes
- Report internal request queue trends and performance
- Partner with Finance, Legal and Global Creator teams to address Partner related issues
- Maintain data and document repositories to assist Customer Support and Legal teams with Partner tickets

- Customer Service/Legal background
- 3+ years of experience with CRM platforms and tooling
- Familiarity with the Twitch platform
- The ability to work in fast paced situations
