Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a Technical, Quantitative, or Business field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in product management, management consulting, private equity, mergers and acquisitions, or strategy operations.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in product or technical management.
  • Experience in SQL.
  • Knowledge of leveraging the power of data and analytics for providing solutions and decision making.
  • Ability to translate and articulate business problems into solutions and functional requirements.
  • Ability to create effective relationships, influence, and collaborate at all organizational levels and with various cross-functional technical and business partners.

About the job

As a Global Product Lead, you will be tasked with the development, launch and maintenance of vital platforms for the Global Partnerships ecosystem. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Finance, Strategy, and Business intelligence to deliver vital solutions for our cross-product teams. You will also be in charge of adoption and user growth- and executive stakeholder management. You will also partner closely with Partner Managers to capture requirements, review underlying data, and build buy-in for launches. Finally, you will work closely with legal and privacy to ensure smooth access and adherence.


In this role, you will be contributing to the tools and our team’s overall strategy. Your thought leadership, alongside business acumen and technical empathy will act as the connecting tissue between many organizations. The outcome will set us on an impactful data-driven course.


The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $165,000-$261,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Be the expert in understanding the business of Partnerships, sift the most important business use cases by developing relationships within the business.
  • Be a thought partner to your leader in developing the long-term strategy of Global Partnerships Tools (GPT).
  • Act as a true owner, understand the workflows of our users and ensure we add value by automation, insights, and driving success to their Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
  • Manage launch and landing of tooling by effectively communicating launches and changes. Stay focused on high-impact metrics like customer satisfaction (CSAT), and/or revenue uplift.
  • Identify key areas for process improvements and enhancements by rationalizing requirements across multiple stakeholders including Finance, Controllership, Business Units.
