The GPS Data Coordinator will have a primary focus on GPS analysis and administration of accounts company wide.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
· Administration and organization of accounts.
· Resolving account issues and user assistance requests.
· Owns, maintains, and updates support ticketing system.
· Monitoring job progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, recommending actions.
· Serving as a liaison between our locations/ customers and vendors.
· Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
· Maintaining documents to reinforce business procedures.
· Following procedures to monitor compliance, efficiency, and spend levels across the company.
· Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
· Learning to operate various software and information systems.
· Collaborating between departments (Operations, Finance, Maintenance, etc.).
· Pulling data from various information systems (Accounting, Inventory, Payroll, Vendor Reports, etc.).
· Consolidating, analyzing, and reporting on data sets.
· Logistics of hardware orders/RMAs, shipments, installs.
· Other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or similar field.
· Experience in Administration, Customer Support, Logistics, Information Systems, or related fields, preferred.
Desired Skills and Abilities:
· Experience in Excel preferred otherwise comfortable and willing to learn.
· Ability to be a self-starter and highly organized.
· Comfortable speaking with customers and vendors. Good customer service manners.
· Excellent organization, planning, documentation, and time management skills.
· Ability to adapt to new technology systems.
· Analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
· While performing the duties of this job, the employee may work in outside weather conditions and be exposed to heat, cold, wet and/or humid weather conditions
· The noise level in the work environment is moderately loud
· Attend work on a regular and dependable basis
· Ability to successfully pass state and/or federal required Background Checks
· Ability to perform the essential functions of the job
· Ability to comply with all policies and procedures established by company
